What we collect
When you opt in, Etna Watch Guide stores your email address, selected interests, preferred language, signup time and consent record. These details are private and accessible through the owner’s protected dashboard.
How we use it
We use your signup to send the Etna Watch Guide updates you choose: merchandise releases, Sicily travel ideas and/or a group roundup. Messages may include shop, sponsor or affiliate links. We do not publish or sell the email list. Joining the Facebook group, submitting a photo or sending a sponsor inquiry does not automatically subscribe you.
Control your subscription
Save the private preference link shown after your first signup. Use it to change topics or unsubscribe. Campaign emails will also include an unsubscribe link. We keep a record of unsubscribed addresses to avoid sending further campaigns to them.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact an administrator through the Mt. Etna Is Erupting Watch Group. Include the email address involved privately; please don’t post it in the public group.
